Matt Newbery Professional – Terms & Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

By booking an appointment or using any services provided by Matt Newbery Professional (“we”, “us”, “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before booking or attending any appointment.

2. Eligibility

Clients must be 18 years or older for all treatments. Brow shaping services are available for clients aged 13–17, only with a parent or guardian present and written consent provided. All clients under 18 must be accompanied by an adult. Children are not permitted at injectable, facial, or body treatment appointments.

3. Bookings and Non-Refundable Booking Fees

Bookings can be made online via Ovatu, by phone, or in clinic. A non-refundable booking fee is required to secure all appointments. The booking fee will be deducted from the total treatment cost on the day of your appointment. If you fail to attend, arrive late beyond a reasonable period, or cancel outside the permitted window, the booking fee will be retained.

4. Cancellations, Rescheduling & No-Shows

We require at least 72 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Cancellations made within 72 hours of the scheduled time will result in the booking fee being forfeited. Same-day cancellations or failure to attend will result in the full treatment charge being payable. Repeated cancellations or no-shows may result in refusal of future bookings.

5. Refunds

Completed treatments are non-refundable. We do not provide refunds for dissatisfaction with expected outcomes, as individual results vary. Refunds for gift vouchers are available within 14 days of purchase only. After 14 days, vouchers become non-refundable but remain valid until expiry.

6. Gift Vouchers

Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the purchase date. Expired vouchers cannot be redeemed or extended. Vouchers are non-transferable and hold no cash value.

7. Consultations, Consent & Medical Information

Clients must complete and sign a consultation and consent form before any treatment. We use Faces Consent software to collect and store this information securely on Amazon Web Services servers. You must provide full and accurate details of your medical history, medications, allergies, and any recent procedures. We reserve the right to refuse or postpone treatment if contraindications or safety concerns are identified.

8. Treatment Information & Liability

All treatments are carried out by trained practitioners using professional equipment and products. While every effort is made to achieve the best possible results, individual results may vary and cannot be guaranteed. Aftercare instructions will be provided and must be followed carefully. We accept no liability for adverse outcomes where aftercare advice has not been followed or full medical disclosure has not been made.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on our website and social media, including text, images, videos, and graphics, is the property of Matt Newbery Professional unless otherwise stated. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any material without prior written consent.

10. Privacy & Data Protection

We respect your privacy and handle personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy. By using our website or booking a service, you consent to the processing of your personal data as outlined in those documents.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. The latest version will always be published on our website and supersedes any previous versions.

12. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
